We are enthusiastically looking for clinical team members who are passionate about serving clients, thrive as independent operators, and appreciate having access to a supportive team.
Our ideal clinician is someone with established areas of clinical interest & expertise, who loves working independently with clients. As an RFC clinician, you will be encouraged to grow as a master clinician in areas of focus that matter most to YOU, while having the administrative burdens that lead to burnout in solo practice handled in-house.
In other words, if you’re looking to: make an impact in your areas of greatest clinical passion, maintain virtually 100% autonomy regarding your schedule, and have access to the clinical & administrative support that a team can offer, keep reading.
Candidates with a strong clinical niche or area of interest/training are preferred! Examples may include:

Young/emerging adults & college students

Child therapy & parenting skills

Attachment & relationships

Couples counseling (EFT, Gottman, etc.)

Trauma recovery

Disordered eating and body image concerns

Academic performance
-
Anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders

EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, and/or other trauma-focused modalities
(Certification and/or demonstration of specialized training in specific modalities and/or clinical concerns is a plus.)
