Required Qualifications & Experience

  • License & Experience:

    • Must hold an active North Carolina clinical license (full or provisional)

    • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years post-licensure clinical experience

    • Must be willing to work 15+ hours per week

Description of Your Role:

This role is designed to champion your expert clinical ninja skills in the areas of your greatest interest, while requiring some flexibility in meeting existing incoming referral needs. As a clinical team member, your primary objective will be to consistently deliver top-notch client service as your caseload grows.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat clients for mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns

  • Consult with other team members on clinical casework and collaborative projects

  • Complete clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with practice procedures

  • Coordinate care with clients’ external providers and referral contacts as needed

  • Other project-specific administrative tasks as relevant

  • Attend and participate in all required meetings

 

In addition to delivering on clinical expectations, maximizing success in this role will require an ability and willingness to make connections and pursue existing and new leads with referral providers as appropriate.
