We are enthusiastically looking for clinical team members who are passionate about serving clients, thrive as independent operators, and appreciate having access to a supportive team.
Our ideal clinician is someone with established areas of clinical interest & expertise, who loves working independently with clients. As an RFC clinician, you will be encouraged to grow as a master clinician in areas of focus that matter most to YOU, while having the administrative burdens that lead to burnout in solo practice handled in-house.

Requirements:
Current unrestricted North Carolina clinical license, associate or full (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, LMFTA)
Masters Degree
Independent Malpractice insurance with at least $1 million/$3 million coverage (*we can help you through the process of obtaining this)
Willing to serve a minimum of 15 active clinical hours per week
At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
What are the expectations of your role?
This position is designed to champion your expert clinical ninja skills in the areas of your greatest interest, with some built-in flexibility to meet existing incoming referral needs. As a clinical team member, your main objective will be to consistently deliver top-notch client service.
Primary Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat clients for mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns
Complete clinical and operational documentation in compliance with practice procedures
Communicate with clients’ external providers and referral contacts as-needed
Consult with team members on clinical casework and/or collaborative projects
Other project-specific tasks, where relevant
Attend and participate in any required meetings
