RFC does not allow for any animals who are not legally certified service animals to be brought to in-person sessions at any office location. This includes emotional support animals (ESA) or any other pets. Clients may have their pets and/or ESAs present during telehealth sessions as long as the animal’s presence will not be a distraction from therapeutic service delivery and does not create any safety risk to the client or others during the telehealth session.
