Greetings from the RFC team! :) As you know, it is not uncommon for this time of year to include changes in insurance existing plan updates, new policies taking effect, and new cards being issued. Given this, we want to help you stay ahead of any potential billing glitches that could occur by not having updated insurance information in your client record with us!
If you know that your insurance plan has or will be updating soon, please let us know your new insurance information by opting one of the following solutions:
You can upload a photo of your new insurance card directly to your client portal at the bottom of the "Documents" tab after you log in.
You can email us a photo of your new insurance card (please note - this option is not as digitally secure as uploading your information to the portal!).
You can type out your new benefits information (see below for needed info) into the Secure Messaging tool within your client portal.
